Thank you for shopping with Scenes and Scents. Each piece we create—whether a fine art photograph or a hand-poured candle—is crafted and packaged with care. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review the policy below for the limited circumstances in which returns or replacements may be accepted.
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ourscenesandscents@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once we review your claim, we will determine the best solution—such as a replacement, store credit, or refund—on a case-by-case basis.
Please note:
We may ask you to return the damaged item before a replacement is sent.
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Scenes and Scents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
We are happy to help you file a claim when possible.
4. Shipping Errors
If we ship the wrong item by mistake, we’ll make it right—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can send the correct item at no cost to you.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can occur. In rare, extraordinary circumstances, we may review refund or exchange requests at our discretion.
All decisions regarding refunds or replacements are final.
